Rives was flooded due to the failure of the Obion River Levee. Around 200 people have been displaced until the waters recede and many hands will be needed to get them back into their homes.
Bradford was hit by an EF2 tornado on February 15, 2025. Several people lost homes. They can use help with clean up and supplies.
Heavy rain and overflowing rivers caused multiple areas in East TN, East KY, and West VA to flood in February. 1000s of people have been evacuated and at least 10 casualties have been confirmed.
Hurricane Helene caused the rivers to rise to catastrophic levels in Western North Carolina in 2024. Teams have been working for months, but they still have a long way to go in the cleanup and rebuilding process.
Several communities in the Greater Los Angeles area in California were ravaged by wildfires in January. They are still working on cleanup and rebuilding.
Lahaina in Maui was destroyed by a fire in August 2023. The rebuild process is still ongoing and volunteers are still being accepted.
